Any suggestions? It's a 72 Charger with front drums and steel rally wheels. Trim rings and centers are tight. It has new ball joints, bushings, tie rods and sleeves. Just changed the wheel bearings and races on the left side where it sounds like the clicking is coming from. It only happens on a slight right turn over 20mph and increases with speed. I'm at the point where I'm watching for the wheel to fly off!

Pull off the trim rings and try again. You may be surprised. Been there, done that.

I'll pull that side off tomorrow, I was going to swap a wheel next and try that. Thanks

Did the noise start after you replaced the bearings? I would also remove the trim rings and road test. I've also had the cotter pin hit the inside of the dust cap and make a clicking sound

Same here.

I noticed small dents on the side of the dust cap and punched them out. I thought for sure that was it. Replaced the bearing tonight thinking that would solve it too but didn't.

Well, I pulled the trim ring off and I can't believe my ears. No clicking! Looks like the wheel weight is part of the problem. Thanks for the help!
