Yep it's true, Fast Yeti made it to Texas and was spotted making test passes in Sealy last night!

I met up with Fugly (Damon), Fast Yeti (Tom), and one of our Chevy NSS racers Doug W. last night in Sealy for some test and tune runs.

Tom had is car out for some passes with some fresh suspension mods. The track went away fast but we all got in 3 or 4 passes.

Tom it was great hanging out with you. Hope to get together again soon. Your Roadrunner is one of the best looking race cars I have seen in a long time! Not sure who did the paint and body, but it is fantastic. I know you are still trying to get used to the lower look, but we all thought it looks awesome! You were killin the bars by the end of the knight. That thing will be a monster when you get it dialed in. Looked like you were making great power even short shifting! Cant wait to see it when you run it all out. Well as long as I am not in the other lane hehehe.

Here is a pic I snapped last night with the cell phone. I have one very short video I will try to clean up and e-mail to you. I believe it was your first launch before the shock setting change. Will try to get it out of the camera this weekend for you.

Only video that is usable from Toms runs last night is the very first launch. Managed to capture a pic from the video. He was killin the slicks!

Glad to see that you made the repairs and have it back out. Get that thing dialed in and maybe haul it back up Noth every now and then to play.

Thanks Dave! It was great meeting you and pitting with you guys. You have a really nice care yourself. I hope we can get back out there again soon. I appreciate your alls help. Damon is extremely knowledgable on all aspects of racing. We are fortunate to have him. I really enjoyed hanging out with you and the guys. That was the first time I have run 1/4 mile in almost two years. The car feels different sitting 3" lower now. I was happy with the performance with a new best of 9.08 @ 148.

Hi Doug! Thanks for the pics. You are a man of few words but I guess the pics speak for themselves. How is the Challenger project coming along? Hope you and the family are doing well.

Tom, that car looks better and better all the time. Love the new stance. Did you switch to a 4 link, or does it still have ladder bars?
