After repairing my trans from my Norwalk fiasco, the car was still on the hoist. My son rotated the front tire and noticed the rotor didn't move until a fair amount of rotation. The car has OLD Will -Wood vented disc. Though all the safety wire was still attached through the bolts, the hub to the rotor adapter bolts were all finger tight. The left rear rotor to adapter bolts were loose as well. These brakes came off my old car and have well over 1000 passes. I rebuilt the calipers last year but never thought to cut off the safety wire, lock-tite and retorque the bolts. I'm pretty good about maintenance. I guess I'll be even closer now.
