Temperature guage sticks any way to make it work smooth without taking the whole dash out? 1969 roadrunner thanks

As grude as it sounds, try tapping it. You may try to loosen the two nuts that hold it to the printed curcuit board, wiggle it, then retighten the nuts. Short of that, nope, you'd have to take out the complete dash assembly ( which isn't too hard on a Road Runner ).
