Hi, I bought my buddys stock 67 coronet R/T. He had the engine rebuilt by a freind that upgraded the cam to a unknown brand to me but the specs are Intake 465 duration 282 Exaust 488 duration 292 the spread on these numbers seam odd to the numbers i see in catologs. Is this a good cam and who makes it? since i now bolted on hooker compition headers, eddy 750 carb, eddy RPM Intake, and TTi 2 1/2 exhaust. Also has Coan 10" 1800-3500 stall and 355 gears. Thanks Jerry

Do you have the @ .050 numbers?? LSA number? looks like it would be a couple ticks above a stock HP 440 cam should be fine!

looks to be the summit 6401 cam. pretty sure it's a crane 280/290HP profile. I use one in my stock '69 r/t and like it. it doesn't need headers (although it will make more power with a freer flowing exhaust), nor a loose converter, or special ignition mods, or lower gears. it's a nice no trouble cam with a smooth idle. there is a 112LSA version of this cam out there.

I have no other numbers. Would it be worth the trouble changing for a more aggressive cam 490-500 lift range?
