Double check the grounds. Test the socket with brake on. Does it light with the turn signal?

Take off the dr kick panel & seperate the pull apart electrical connector & see if you have fire at the wire for the dr brakelight ( www.mymopar.com has the colors). If yes work rearward for the open. If no, seperate the dangling pull apart connector under the steering col for the brakes/turn signals & checking the half for the TS harness, with the stalk in nuetral there should be continuity between the white wire which is the hot in from the brake pedal switch and the 2 "out" wires that go to the left/right large (brake/ts) filaments respectively in the rear bulbs. That'd be a start

Commonly , this is a turn signal switch problem... do all the easy and free stuff first..

Also try feeding 12V to the proper wire at the kick panel disconnect, to see if it works with a jumper wire.
