I have a wiper switch that has two clicks then turns freely. It doesnt work right with 2 or 3 speed wipers that Ive found. Shouldnt it have a 3rd click to be a 3 speed switch?

wow i didnt know they had a variable speed wiper motor back then. How do you tell which one is the variable speed unit?

Part number on the switch would tell.The differance between a variable and a 3sp system is the switch

they were available on B bodies up to mid 72 production. I think the same on the rest of bodies
