Wondered if there was anybody who can replace the factory rivets in my 74 Charger front ashtray? I had it replated and instead of doing my usual routine of investing a large amount of money, time and brain space to do the job myself, I decided I want to just poke it in a box and send it to somebody who can do it for me. I know Instrument Services say they can do it but I can't get a response from them and wondered if there was somebody else. Any leads appreciated.
FWIW I didn't take mine apart when I refinished my dashes. You can not tell it was repainted.
Aren't they smash rivets? Those are easy to do by hand.

Age is probably catching up with me, because this used to scream, NEW TOOL PURCHASE!, but now it sounds like GITERDUN! And who would have thought I would get excited over a restored ASHTRAY! I need a new hobby maybe I can learn to crochet at the home...........
I agree with you...
