is there any multi-ribbed steel water pump and crank pulleys that are close to the same size as the corresponding pulleys on a big block ? this is a custom install, so spacing and bolt patterns can be off a little. not looking for a surpintine belt kit, just some pulleys to run in the conventional way. as always, thanks in advance.

We use the magnum parts in our kits. Water pump you will run into a problem because all modern ones run on the backside of the belt.

why do you want to go multirib without getting all the benefits? we try and keep our kits economical with a few different options. heck if you need we can custom machine a miltirib water pump pulley for you.

I understand the benefits of a surpintine system, but in this install, such a system will be too "cluttered" in appearance. the reason for a multirib belt is the belt "wrap around" of the pulleys may not be enough for the belt[v style] to function without slipping. your systems are very nice pieces, so please do not take offence.
