9 1/4 Factory clutch pack setting?

Factory 9 /14 rear out of a Dakota. I believe the clutch pack were installed improperly. Do the clutches, which are concaved or convexed depending on how u look at it, do they go against the gear with the small end pointed towards it? Or is it the other way aroung? Hope I explained this correctly. Matt

The rear must of been assembled Friday. lol THX
