Not sure the point of the question, kinda like an unsharpened pencil. TB dia seldom interferes with headers more then a tap with a ball peen hammer won't solve
Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.

I have the 2 1/4" TTI headers on my cuda with a 528 hemi and I don't think if I can even fit anything bigger than the stock small block ones without having to dent the tubes. I bought the hotchkis bars, but might have to send them back. I don't know how different your b body will be though.

Bigger TB then .96 Dia, say he biggest @1.24?, .28" difference in dia, or .14" in radius or slightly more then an 1/8" bigger?
This is amazing when you think of it. I know these are aftermarket parts being installed on 40 year old cars and things happen plus tolerances or lack of them do "stack up" but only 0.14"? That is tight when we are talking about a unibody.
As with any custom / aftermarket part into an old Mopar like ours there is a certain amount of "fitting" that might be required.
If you think this is bad checkout Dan's post on the Borgeson steering box. That is a great selling point to go with a cheaper heavier Firm Feel Stage 3 box for me any day of the week.

Obviously i missed the bus on this thread. best of my knowledge there is only one member here with the largest TB of 1.24, Mitch and less then a handfull have over 1.12", that means what the OP is talking about is a difference from .96 up to say 1.06 of .050", if he is anywhere that close to begin with, simply starting the motor will lose that .050" gap, the problem is not and never has been the diameter of the TB, it is as mentioned already, stacked up tolerances, 40 year old cars, motors not positioned as needed, etc, not the TB diameter.

I have 1.14" and standard TTI step headers on an A-body. It's very close and self-clearencing. The factory left hand headpipes on just a 340 A-body are twisted, dimpled, and have a smaller tube welded to a bigger tube. All that just for factory exhaust manifold with ONE tube around the torsion bar, not 4 tubes spagetti-ing around there. A torsion bar car with rear steering leaves very very little room for headers. A lot of things to snake around down there.
