68charger4me OP member 6 Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 13 Pa.	thanks for the response, i didn't think so. I've always had problems tuning this thing, now I know why. For the meantime I pluged it with a shooter screw. Once I plugged that, the idle cleaned up and my off idle hesitation is gone. Looks like a new carb is in the future lol!

You might open it up & it likely would be an easy fix (torn/improper gasket etc). I've never seen that & it should be a pretty easy problem to spot once you get inside live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth
