HEARD THE EX WOO CAR WAS AT MAPLE GROVE THIS WEEKEND, THEY WERE RUNNING 1/8 MILE BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER --- BEST PASS 5.60. WHAT DOES THAT EQUATE TO IN THE 1/4 ???

no on the 131 deal, I have too much to do right now, and nothing really to test. whenever we take out our bracket motors, and put in the good ones, we may go over there.

on another note, does anyone know what a 15x14 weld alumastar wheel weighs?

Is it the "Show Car" or "Slow Car" series? Anyway rumor has it around town that Travis beat you with his street car in a heads up race. He also has his car in "Bracket Mode".

Took off to New Orleans for Jazz Fest and missed my turn. Ended up in Parma, Mi. for a tour of Jackson Engine Tech. It is by the town of Jackson, I get it! Very impressive operation CWJ and father have and having the 1st engine made with his CNC is cool. Could be a rare Barrett Jackson item one day. CNC was cutting on a block of aluminum as we toured the "shops". Will have the Phish car at Houston sneaking in a grade point this weekend. Stop by!

How did you guys get into the 30's? It seems when you miss it the MPH goes down a ton. Are the cars spinning that hard in high gear? Or are they out of a very narrow torque band?

MPH is always low for these cars. not sure if air drag plays effect at the top end. but then again, alot of other musclecars that run similar ET's with larger n/a motors have higher speed.
