I don't recall when A body cars all came with disc brakes... can ya help?

There's a 75 4 door Dart with a /6 for sale cheap. I was considering it for a donor car for the disc brakes, if so equipped.

There has been some disagreement as to IF/When the discs became standard.
I say that it was never standard.
I've been pulling parts from junkyard cars for many years and have seen front drum brakes on Darts as late as 1976 models. I even owned a 76 Dart Swinger with a 225 slanty, a 904 and 4 wheel 9" drum brakes.
Given that these cars are very easy to swap parts around, I had this possible idea:
A disc brake a body blows and engine or trans and sits for awhile. A person buys the car for its disc brakes while swapping drums back on it to keep it from being immobilized, then sells the whole car to someone else.
This could have happened, but I can't see it accounting for how many drum brake 73, 74, 75 and 1976 cars that I have seen with 4 wheel drums.
I recently bought 2 Dart Sports. One is a 73 with discs and the other is a 74 with 10" front drums.

I'll call and go take a look. It sure would be convenient to drive a swap car into the garage and have everything at my finger tips...

Thanks FD!

Discs were mandated as of 1/1/76 production.
All 4 wheel drum brake A bodies were 5 on 4" bolt pattern.
9" x 2-1/2" front drums were the standard for 73 slant six cars with 9" x 2" rears. All V8's got front discs starting with the 73 models with 10" x 1-3/4" rears. Also looks like all sure grip equipped slant sixes got front discs as well.

74 (and newer) doesnt show the 9" front drums as available. Looks like 10" only from then on.

Disc brakes were always an option (73-up) and always large bolt pattern (73-up).
