Drakes went high 9's with their Simca, EFI on alcohol. Flyin' Ryan has been low/mid 10's in his '66 Valiant, blow through carb on gas. Mike, any other info on your buddy's car? I had a 300 in an F100 with the usual bolt ons Clifford intake 600 Holley headers etc. I drove it 15 miles to town for exhaust after installing the intake and headers. I have never been so glad to see a muffler shop in my life. Kevin
