If it hooks like that all the time, don't change a thing.

True to a point... higher pressure will usually give
it more MPH but if it spins that doesnt matter...
I use to video every pass when the wife would go
with me to the track... I would watch each pass on
the TV I had in the trailer... I watched them frame
by frame to see what it was really doing... a quartering
shot from the rear worked best so I could see the front
and rear tires... I use to vary my tire pressure about
1/2# max for different track conditions ... now I
need to start doing the same thing on the Rampage to
get the best launch... this will be a first for me
to footbrake... I havent done that in over 20 years

OP can win a ton of rounds with that car, working like that. If he's chasing et, that's another deal.

No doubt... but the extra MPH always helps when bracket
racing... just as long as it stays consistent

Thanks everyone for the compliments. The car is working pretty well but there is still some inconsistency to 60 foot. I'll play with tire pressure and possibly some other things to see if I can make it better.

Runs very well for a fairly heavy car, is it still a stroked 318 ?
