Looking a at beautiful 74 dart. But the nose is so ugly. What parts what I need to make look more like a 70-72 dart (scamp). I'm guessing grill, hood, hood latch, bumpers, maybe bumper brackets? Anyone done it before and know what to expect

You know, ordinarily I'd be right beside you saying how unattractive those cars are but I've gotta say that color is everything on those years of Dart.

Case in point: my little sister had a '75 Swinger as her first car. I really used to think those cars were the most hideous A-body, but hers was B5 blue, white top, blue interior and rallye wheels. After a while, it really grew on me.

Green, Blue, Red.... I could see those being nice colors on those cars. Any of those horrid shades of anal mucus gold are to be avoided.

Doors too. Rear interior panels, how far do you want to go?

Use the entire bolt on front clip from a 70-72 Dart/Swinger...or a 70-72 Duster/Scamp and make it a hybrid...A Plymoge Darster.

Just so you know, the Dart and the Scamp are actually different cars.
The Scamp is basically a Dart with a Plymouth Valiant/Duster front end.

More to the point is the really ugly rear bumper/tail light area ... the nose I could live with, and I sort of like the Valiant nose form those years.

It takes gasoline to interest me.
