Any techs/parts guys able to decode this tag? It's an 01 clubcab with a 2.5 and 3:92 rear gear. I thought it was an AX15 till I looked closer an saw no mid support.

should be a nv3500 if it is a cast on bellhousing----if the bellhousing unbolts it is a nv3550-----and they are stronger than an ax15....bob

It is a NV1500. Should have detachable bell. I can't see the attachment you put up.
According to the FSM, the part number tag should be on the right side of the shift tower and read P52108037. I don't know if I trust the FSM to have the correct P/N, but that's what it shows in an illustration.
