Geez that's the worst I've ever seen. looks like some circuit was dead shorted. You might have to put an ad in the appropriate wanted section here but it wouldn't hurt to call the dealer
live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth

I just had that happen on my '88 Gran Fury. Believe it or not it was actually a little worse than that. I waited too long to replace the flickering switch (aftermarket POS that lasted a year). I bought a NOS switch, and snipped every wire and put a connector on each one and plugged each one into new switch without any plastic block. I didn't know what else to do. It's working fine and no connectors touch eachother so I think it's safe, just a pain in the butt to plug or unplug.
Facts are stubborn things.
