GOOOOOD LUCK!! retainer ring is vertually impossible to reuse. Bearings may be able to be salvaged with alot of care.
Clean it, if it's Dirty. Oil it, if it Squeaks.
But: Don't fix it, if it Works!

It appears that I will be removing my brand new bearings from my axles. I would like to reuse the new bearings on a different axle. Does anyone have any tricks to do this without tearing up the bearings, retainer rings, etc?
You have a shot. I am assuming you have the use of a quality press.
Put a bearing splitter under the bearing race and set it up in the press. Heat the ring and keep it warm while you press the bearing assembly and ring as one. Don't go crazy with the torch, just warm it up. There is stll a chance it won't come so easily and you have to chisel it off, but I suppose it is worth a try. What's the worst that can happen?? You have to buy a new set of bearings

I don't know how on earth you would do this.
First, unless you have pullers/ devices/ hardware I've never seen, you will be pulling against the outer race, which will damage the balls/ races from the pressure
Also, if you gee this up in a typical press, you'll have to press against the "long" end of the axle--and thats a very good way to bend an axle.
