Hello, is there anything different from a 71 e body to a 71 b body? What about the mounts them self?

Mounts are the same between the two K's, but the steering box angle is slightly different, but not really an issue, worse case is torsion bar interference with the pitman arm, but you could shim the steering box if need be...manual or power steering?

The steering box angle is the same between E body and 71-2 B body. 1970 and below B body is different.

You can use a E body K frame or a 71 B Body K frame Dave. Same for the mounts and engine brackets.

Seems even with the correct K frame, manual steering boxes seem to suffer interference issues with the torsion bar and pitman arm...even the factory knew this, so shimming is par for the course

Late-'70 E-body & all '71 HEMI "K"-frames are the same.

According to the Chrysler parts book they are the same for '71 E and B bodies. The book also shows 2 part numbers for '70 E bodies as already shown above by 6bblgt.

Dave They are the same Did you call me the other day? I recall talking about how B-Body motor mounts are different then an E-Body to someone, but I was refering to the 1970 older B-Body. Maybe we just mis communicated. The E-Body and 1971 B-Body K-Frames are the exact same and use the same brackets and mounts. The 1970 Olde B-Body are different everything to the E-Body.
