I went and checked out my other Shelby Dakota radiator support, and it too has the 1" holes drilled into the bottom support on both sides of the radiator opening on the radiator support. These trucks came from two different places so this must have been done by Shelby automotive. I'm thinking they are access holes to tighten or loosen something. Guess I'll figure it out when I try to get this set up in. This weekend is a big auto swap meet here in south Texas so been there selling mopar goodies.
Anyway if you or any other Shelby Dakota owners want to chime in on this string than please do, coz I could use the advice.

look, or stick your finger in the hole, and see what's in it. it might be to put a nut inside, to mount the condenser bracket.
