I have given serious thought to doing that! But its easier to change the clip and doors, plus I like the older grills better.

305/70 16 but the wheels are really narrow. I have a set of 285/70 17 I'm putting on 8" wide wheels.

I had to make myself promise not to create another project for myself. Lift kit, wheel and tire, motor & trans swap. Before I bought it I made myself promise to keep it as a daily driver type of deal.

It was my nephews truck and we have rebuilt almost everything under the truck over the last few years.

Put on the right doors today, nice to be able to roll the windows down. Hopefully do the front clip soon. Got new mufflers on it and got rid of the glass packs, doesn't sound like a hay truck anymore!
