Hmm, maybe. But, I know a couple of guys involved used to be part of the engine lab at the Unocal research center out here before it got sold off to BP and then plowed under. They were then doing the Unocal 76 race gas stuff out of a separate location for a while. Not sure if the engineer doing the formulations started Rockett and was bought out by the Illinois based group or what, not sure. Last I heard, the tech line still goes to the second guy's house in Colorado where he moved when his wife retired. Both guys were mopar guys though. I know the second guy (Colorado) via my mom who worked with them and retired from Unocal, and then it turned out his wife worked for UPS, same as me.

We used the Rockett 110 in my brother's truck while at the track on Drag Week. Great stuff, and a nice group of guys. 11.2:1 508 with Edelbrock RPM heads.
