The MoPig has TTI 2" B/E-body headers w/ their full 3" X-pipe system using Dynomax Ultraflow mufflers & matching tips.
I have one of the bolt-on driveshaft loop kits that required two sections to be welded together because the bolt heads caused clearance issues. I'm pretty sure that's because Stage VI & Victor heads have the exhaust ports raised about 3/8" compared to OEM to result in that issue.
EDIT: Just re-read your original post and saw you're using 3.5" exhaust, so my comments probably don't really apply here.

I run a full TTI 3" system to the rear bumper with the X-pipe and Dyno-Max Ultra-Flows. And I use 2" TTI headers. On my 63 I have plenty of clearance. Ron Edit: I just did the same thing as Brad and now realize you have 3.5 and I have 3". Sorry about that. Ron

Do you use the TTi headers with those pypes? And if so how do they fit against the flooe pan? those look nice ..........
Yes, TTi Headers (2in primary) and Pypes 3.5 inch pipes. They're tight to the floor (enough space to keep from burning). I can take some more pics tonight when I get home if you'd like. Anything in particular?

I had the TTI 2" to 2.125" step headers for Indy heads on my cuda w/ a 4" exhaust system. Same headers and engine are now in my road runner. Now have TTI 2.25" primary, 4" collector hemi headers w/ 4" exhaust on it. Both systems were put together w/ mandrel bends I got from NAPA.
