I finished it up yesterday.. this is what I plan to pull behind the Rampage for Drag Week and any other times that I need to carry any stuff... just no room for things of any size in the cab... and there isnt any bed under the tonneau cover... the back light in the center is also the center leg to support the slide out

Last EDIT as you can see that the third light is the leg to help support the slide out.. its pinned and it slides out then I flip it over and pin it again(so I dont loose the pin)

You do nice work That should do all you need. I have been looking at bigger trailers to haul car show stuff for my club, but the bigger you go, the heavier you have to make tow vehicle, the hitch, electric brake controller, etc. etc.. So in the end most of the weight is just in the trailer and not in what you need to move

I made this a VERY precise size... the total length is 1/2" shorter than the height of my big trailer so I can stand it up in the big trailer and the box front wall is back just enough so if it jack knifes the box cant hit anything on the car... the height of the box is just tall enough to stack two of my rear tires IF I plan on changing tires... I did the slide out just for ease of getting at junk

Oh I forgot to say... the spare tire mount on the tongue is also the mount for a vise that drops in... I tried to make everything have multiple uses... I didnt get a pic of the vise in place... but so many times at the track I've needed a vise and end up clamping the part or what ever to to my counter top or any place that will work... its just a small 4" vise but works

How about a small barbecue grille that bayonets in, in place of the vice?

That looks great Mike. I was wondering if it was big enough for two rear tires (which I would take irregaurdless if you change them or not). Are you also considering at least 1 spare front tire/wheel too? And I like the fact it is a well thought out design.
I hope this goes down, because I have been excited to see you out there on Drag Week with the Rampage.
Outcast Dodge guy.

Normally on DW I/we never cook but it is a possibility at other times... I'll look into welding something up

I wont be going this year.. just too far to go .. but I can put in a set of front wheels and tire for racing.. I have pretty much a set of road racing tires on the front of the truck for the street.. they are a bit wide for the track but they handle real nice on the street
