HOT IN AZ OP member H Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 127 Az	Needing a driveshaft built and local driveline supplier suggested a driveline made out of 3" .083 DOM material. Diameter seems a little small to me but I see other major suppliers making them out of the same material. Car will have less than 500hp and weigh in the 3400lb area. Any suggestions/comments greatly appreciated!

Any suggestions/comments greatly appreciated! I used "Arizona Driveshaft" (480) 898-0829. Had mine made from 3.5" .083 DOM. My shaft was something like 43" long. You could probably get away with 3" at that HP level. Fastest 300
