Floridamtbiker99 OP member F Joined: Feb 2014 Posts: 8 Charlotte County, Florida	This is for a 1989 Dakota convertible 3.9 v6. Budget is $800. I am a teacher that does not make a lot. The kids at my work (www.supportcrossroads.com) are helping me fix up my truck. A learning opportunity for them. I just got a cherry picker. Now I am actively looking for a engine or and engine & transmission. LA engine 318 or 360 bolts up but not the power or mpg Magnum 318 or 360 need a computer for EFI. Never rewired a new computer efi. I believe I can do it if I have schematic of it. Hemi's - love to put it in but not enough money. If there is a mopar owner and fan in South West Florida that is willing to help me and my kids learn. We will be very appreciative of it. Thank you in advance for you suggestions and advice. Dan

I want to get my truck running so I can take kids of campus to car shows, auto parts places, fishing, etc. After I get it running. I want to fix it up with the kids.
