Hello
I have a shaker baseplate that I would like to use to add a shaker hood to my 71 Cuda 383 4 speed. Baseplate is marked with part number 3512764 made in Canada. It's a single four barrel base. Anybody knows application for this base?
Also, would need to purchase the hex mounting stud reproduced by a gentleman in NY, that connects the engine to the shaker base. Can someone let me have contact info for him?
Thank you

That's a 71 340 base. Does it have the two 90 degree tabs spot welded on the underside front? That base is about 1/2 inch shorter than the 383 base so the scoop will fit a little lower. I have the contact info for the guy that made the 383 mounting stud. I'll dig it up this evening.

Here's some info in a previous post that may help:

Thank you Floyd. There are no feet welded on the underside. Here is part number stamped on baseplate

So it seems I will have to add a couple of centimeters to the lower part of the base. Thank you for the info

PM sent with contact info.

Cool parts - base plate and adapter ring - are both NOS? Maybe you can trade someone for the correct 383 base plate?

yes, both NOS. Found a complete shaker set up for a 71 Cuda in France a couple of years ago...hood and everything, and would love to install on my 22.000 miles 71 Cuda 383 4 speed....
Thank you for your help Antonello
