rickb67 OP member R Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 191 Rapid City, SD	Oldest son has 09 5.7 1500,check engine light came on cyl 7 misfire. I told him with 92k change the plugs. Still got a light, change the coil pack with another cyl, still cyl 7 misfire. Ok change injector with another cyl, still misfire cyl 7. He says it idles fine and under light throttle it's fine, but if he gets into it a little the light comes on. not sure which direction to go now. HELP

Yeah and of course it's on the hardest cylinder to access. It can be done in the truck though. I pull the inner fender to increase access.
