I had read that there was no cosmetic changes from the 41-42-46-47 Dodge Half ton trucks. Can somebody verify this and if there was, what changes were made. I am wondering just in case I find a title for 41 or 42 that it would still be correct for the truck. Thanks Guys for all your help!

Try to find Dodge pickups History and restoration guide 1919-1971 By Don Dunn and Tom Brownwell. It has all options and prices number models built A great rainy day read. There is some small changes to the bright work on the front, the headlights were in a different spot on the early ones. Good luck with your project.

That book is a great book, but the info in it covering the 39-47 Pickups is not as good as the info in it covering the 48 and newer trucks. I suspect specific info concerning the pre & post war years was a little sketchy.

The book is still a great resource covering Dodge trucks. Gene
