I bought a set of P5007075 forged 10.5:1 Hemi pistons (4.500 bore / 3.750 stroke) through Chrysler several years ago. They came individually boxed and had zero paperwork with them.
I need the recommended bore clearance and top & 2nd ring gaps (moly ductile iron top ring) for these. Can anyone advise?
This is a normally aspirated, premium pump gas motor w/ aluminum heads.

Last time I rebuilt an engine, I thought the ring gaps and clearences were with the ring instructions. Did rings come with pistons? If anything, back to the top for you.

Ring gaps would probably be standard but you want to know for a fact on the piston clearance and where that particular piston wants to be measured. You will probably have to call Ma Mopar on that.

Call Weisco that's who made all those pistons for mopar. Ring clearances come with your rings in the box and are different by manufacture not much but some. Hope this helps.

Total seal file fit rings recommend bore x .0045.They also recommend opening the second ring .004 larger than the top, So yours would be .020 top ring and .024 second ring.
