You really need to know thw actual circumfernces of both tires, there are a bunch of different size (circumference)14x32x15 out there Probally the ame thing on the 13x32x15 I've seen 14x32x15 advertised from 101 inches circumference to 104 inches Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)
