Does anybody know the height of the starting line beam? and the finish line beam. Also are stripe takers legal?

What I remember after asking NHRA division Six tech. for the specs for the starting line is no higher than three inches to trip the starting line beams and eleven inches max center to center on the pre stage to the stage beams. I've heard, not told to me by any NHRA officials though, that the finish line beams are suppose to be no higher than six inches high maximum to trip the beams. Stripe takers are dependent on the class and track rules so ask your local tech. reps on that
