Does anyone have a picture/diagram/explanation of where the two transmission mount support plates(approx 1 inch by 1.8 inches)are positioned in a 70 - 74 E body (or 71 - 74 B body for that matter). My crossmember came out of an automatic (I am changing to a four speed),and I don't see a defined mark on either side of the mount that would steer me in the right direction. Where they in all applications, 4 speed and automatic? Thanks

I've got mine on each attaching bolt....like an additional washer. I assumed they were there since the mount has slotted holes.

That gives us two sets in two different spots, if I am not mistaken. If they are there in an automatic application as well, it almost looked like mine might have been in between, but I can't see any real clear marks left behind.
