OldMoparMan OP enthusiast O Joined: Nov 2007 Posts: 245 Western PA	I swapped out the 904 tranny with a counterweight on the tail for a 518 that didn't have one. Should I put the weight on the 518 since it has the holes to mount it or will I just be adding weight to the car. scratchnfotraction I Live Here S Joined: May 2003 Posts: 15,487 Florida	it is tailshaft damper, wont hurt either way. I have a damper myself but lost the bolts. could you post a pic of your damper and bolts? maybe I can ID what they look like and spot them in my bolt bin.
