According to the service manual when install the pivot shaft and LCA the pivot shaft nut should only be finger tighten BUT should the pivot shaft be botten out in the mounting hole (k-member).
Outhervise it must be impossible to mount the torsion bars locking clips in the anchor.

Hope you guys understand the question, I'm Swedish ha ha.

Yes. As I understand it, it can be slightly tighter than finger tight, but not so tight that the bushing can't move. That's so the bushing can rotate when the car is taken off hoist so weight is on wheels. Only after weight on wheels should pivot shaft nut be torqued down. That way, bushing is not twisted and destroyed when car is lowered off hoist.

Also, the strut rod nuts should be loose at the K frame. You need to set the ride height before tightening any of these nuts. Per the service manual.
