I have a 1994 Lebaron 3.0
No spark, power to coil, tried another coil. Nothing.
Replaced distributor, nothing. Went on Identifix and tested distributor wiring as per Chrysler service manual. Have two 5 volt powers an 8 volt power and ground. Have power and grounds at PCM. No codes other than the ones I set testing. I have injector pulse. I'm stumped. I can't see this being a PCM as everything seems to work. Just can't get a spark out of the coil.

Check to see if the crank sensor is working and you might watch the dist. shaft to see if it's working.

first thing I would check is the ASD( auto shutdown relay) If it is good then I would replace the PCM.. I had one PCM fail that threw every code in the book and I had one fail that didnt throw any codes.. the one that didnt throw any codes was driven one night parked and the next morning it would not start, didnt have any spark.. The mechanic that worked on it replaced crank position sensor, the cam position sensor, the coil, the ASD and could not fix it.. I talked to two other mechanics to see if they had any Ideas they all said that it couldnt be the PCM.. Against all their advice I went and bought a new PCM installed it and it fired right up..

Having the coolant temp senor disconnected would do that also once u get it running u need to disconnect the senor to see the correct timing when setting don't ask me how I know lol

94 Lebaron with a 3.0 dont have a crank sensor. It uses the second 5 volt reference circuit in the dist from what I remember to know which stroke the crank is on. Put a test light or voltmeter on the coil pos side and turn the key on. It should get 12 volts for about 2 or 3 seconds. If it does you know the auto shutdown will work. I believe that has a fuel pump and shutdown relay seperate but worked by the same driver ground. The shutdown and fuelpump relays should energize for a few seconds when the key is turned on. But if the PCM dont see an rpm signal it will turn them back off. If you get 12 volts for a few seconds to the coil + and the injectors when the key is first turned on then the PCM is not seeing an rpm signal. I would try that real fast as that tells you alot about where to look. If you dont get any power to the coil at key on for a few seconds then you have to trace that problem which could be PCM or a PCM power or ground. Very rarely had dist trouble with them but it did happen rarely. Do you know if it is getting fuel press at thre rail ? Ron
