For aftermarket gauges, it's really simple, but I'm guessing you have an OEM gauge like from a 440+6 car for a stock '68-'69 cluster? Worst case scenario would involve an extension & union between block and sender.

They are available from most auto parts stores. I am assuming you mean a factory/stock sender and gauge setup.
