It's a no-brainer: Keith Black is "right next door" to you. You could drive down and buy it in person. You could talk to them and figure out what you really want/need. Also, that way you could keep track of progress and even pick it up when it's ready, saving shipping cost, although you'll be paying sales tax.

Both are good blocks, from all I've read, but the geographical advantage is not to be missed.
