Around 600 was our 400 based 452 with Edelbrock heads, performer rpm intake, 950 HP carb, 143 tooth flywheel (29 pounds), softlock clutch and disk, Lskewood scattershield. The 600 is from memory but close. I used my Spinlock load cell to weigh it which is very accurate but that accuracy does you little good if you do not write it down

When it comes back from Performance Only I am going to weigh it again. It will have a different intake though with a Weiand Tunnel ram and 2x600's and the flywheel is now alumnium. Ask again in a couple of weeks to remind me.
I imagine the flywheel and clutch will weigh about the same as a torque converter full of fluid. An auto has a significant amount of weight in liquid. If you know the weight of a 727 you should be close. That weight I gave is without headers.
