Lift the four barrel ones you see. Something that attaches to the intake and allows you to lift the engine for painting and such.

Thanks, Kevin

You use the same 4bbl plate on a six pack manifold.
I fits fine.

I used two of the lift plates along with the equalizer bar set up
twice the strength and all the adjustability

I wondered but never put it up to it. I am just not comfortable with the motor hanging by an aluminum intake, much less an eexpensive one, I may try the 2 plate trick.

Thanks

I've used my 4 barrel lift plate with multiple holes to install my 440 Six Pack in and out a few times now.

I use top grade studs and nuts in the intake instead of bolts.

I was a little nervous at first and made sure everything was prepared to get the job done as quickly as possible.

I use it as a backup to my engine stand when working on the engine.

I will use it again.

It's been awhile since I bought the hardware at my local industrial hardware store but I believe it was grade 8 nuts and washers with B7 threaded steel rod.

I have also used just grade 8 bolts and washers.
