The bolt holes are not lining up. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-440350c/overview/make/plymouth Has anyone run into this problem? I was thinking of drilling the holes a bit larger.

I would send them back one time, call Summit and ask them to have them picked up( Call tag) the same time they deliver the new ones BTW, I have seen more than one pair of the die cast Mopar brand BB aluminum valve covers, plain, wrinkle black and polished have issues with the bolt hole locations Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)
