Doing a 33 Chevy street rod for a customer. There are a couple pieces of wood inside that isn't rotted just a few cracks and not as solid as I'd like to see them. Years ago I did a 32 Buick that had some same issues. We used a glue type product that was kinda like gorilla glue in that you used it with water and it expanded. Can't for life of me remember what the stuff was called. This btw is wood that you would totally damage the jam skins taking it apart to replace.
Thanks

I used to have a '31 two door sedan. After discovering I needed to be a carpenter rather than a body man I got rid of it. However, when I was looking for repair methods I seem to remember that someone offered a 'wood kit' (for lack of a better term) for the early Chevrolets. Can't remember much more than that.
