,,just got smaller, just finished up my fuel system upgrade and tested good with no leaks and pressure is now adjustable where as before I couldn't get the pressure below 9psi,all that because my return line was too small and caused too much back pressure so I replaced all the aluminum 1/2 line for -08 braided feed line and -10 braided return, that in itself dropped the pressure from 9psi to a little less than 3psi,with out changing the regulator from where it was set before, now I can actually adjust the pressure to where I want and not blow past the needle and seats and give me inconsistant fuel level readings and stop booster drip's,,that to me is money well spent.

Cool deal Bill, I will have to remember this info if I switch to a return system. Did you do anything to prevent aeration in the cell? I ran a tube to the bottom of the cell in my old 69 Dart.

Thanks Bob, no I did not run a stilling tube to the bottom, I have run this system (bypass) for years and never had a problem, it wouldn't be hard to do if it ever became a problem tho.
