I'm assuming that there ain't no local Mopar heads there (or nearby) that you are comfortable with that would put some love & care into an eng for you & get everything spot on/dead on/perfect. As you know you need someone conscientious which means someone whose outstanding characteristic is patience & who has a high tolerance for frustration in addition to a high skill level. If your wanting a street and strip short block try Retig, Rettig (SP?) Bros in central CA, either Modesto or Stockton area, I suffer from CRS disease on some details now 
Don Little in Paterson is good also, no contact info on him anymore, sorry
