All,
Once again, the car is put together and running, but I have no lights...the fuses are ok, I'm not good with wiring at all....
Has anyone had this happen after painting and putting the car back together?

Check your headlight grounds, fresh paint is a good insulator.

Bulkhead connector may have issues. Turn them on and then apply pressure to the plug on engine side or twist some. You can also undo the forward light harness there and check for Voltage....

Good Luck.

To make sure it didn't come disconnected?
I didn't take that out.

Jess, please forgive my ignorance of wiring/electrical, but where are the headlight grounds?
Thanks!

Look along the top of the radiator support for screw holes. The ground wire is on headlight harness.

John is right, go to the back of your headlites, follow the wires off them, one will go to a ground screw, but may go into the harness first, follow along it til you find it. Be aware of you connectors for any wires that may have broken off close to a pigtail.

Most likely a bad ground under the paint...
EZ to troubleshoot...
Make a long wire lead of 14 guage or higher...
1. Ground 1 end to the chassis or battery -
2. Turn the headlites ON
3. Ground the wire lead to the headlite housing

What happens?
A. If the headlites turn ON, then you have a bad ground
B. If the headlites don't turn ON, then you have no 12V+ going to the headlites, need to recheck wiring harness, bulkhead connectors, headlite switch and lo/hi beam switch

Just my $0.05...
