I know JS Restoration restores Dash wiring harness but does anybody restore the others? , I have the M&H harnesses picked out but it would be great to have the original ones brought back to original condition. Any thoughts?

You could try Evans wiring

I know M&H has done some resto work in the past. Call them and see what they'll do for you. Worth a phone call.
