The Holley street dominator intake has a spread bore flange & is a very low profile & has a good rep for low rpm performance even with it being a single plane intake. Not sure if it's still available new but it is still around if you search

On my wife's 72 charger with airgrabber hood we use a Holley Street Dominator and a Thermoquad. It's a great setup, really awesome. If you have a good Thermoquad setup for your engine it will be a killer. I love Thermoquads, all my cars has them except my 66 300 and my sixpack Challenger.
