the heater core is sold as a repop , not thru a normal parts house .

there is nothing available new for the internal control valve

Them older heater control valves can be expensive. The one for my 64 Newport was under the dash and massive and rusty. Only one I could find was NOS in the box. $250 I opted for a universal inline one with a manual t-handle to turn it on of off. Not resto correct but worked great and cant beat the price. Think it was like $22.

i am probably going that route i found a hcv but its 195 + 125 core (dont have old one)
i like the looks of a man one i found for a 77 bronco, all i will need is a longer cable to hook the factory controls to the valve. at 16.99 cant beat it.

thanks shane
